We've just completed a major upgrade to our support system.  All the previous ticket information is still there...but more features have been added.  Our chat system is now live and you can see the chat button on each page.  Say hello to us sometime!  The knowledge base will be updated with as much informations as possible to help make it easier to find the answers you want also.  Let us know how else we can improve the system!
