Our friends over at HWLabs and the rest of the Philippines just were hit with a devastating Typhoon (BBC Story). From HWLabs:
The calamity that beset the city of Manila and adjacent provinces brought by the recent typhoon is beyond words in tragedy and expectation. We count ourselves fortunate that all members of the Hardware Labs family were spared from injury and loss of life.
The damage to our facilities are nominal and cosmetic despite the extent of flooding. Nothing an industrial application of elbow grease and sheer diligence cannot handle.
We would like to thank all our friends for their concern and well wishes. Hardware Labs will be back up soon in full operation once all systems safety checks are done and an audit is accomplished.
However, as we count ourselves fortunate, we cannot ignore the plight of our fellow residents in the capital. In this regard, we would like to make a plea for your support to the relief efforts by the Philippine National Red Cross. Kindly click to http://www.redcross.org.ph to know more about how one may extend any assistance and aid.
Truly yours,
Wilbert Yuque President and CEO Hardware Labs Performance Systems, Inc. |
