I have been using this block for 8 months now with my card @ 815 core and 1840 mem with no problems what so ever. My temps are around 28c idle and 39c load in a custom built a/c cabinet with a MCR 220 rad and nothing else in the loop. I am adding a second MCR 220 this weekend because temp slowly climbs after long gaming sessions.
