Author: Sean I dont know if it is my fault or the radiators fault. I have 1 of these radiators and my cpu runs idle at 125-130. I think I have to make this a dual setup for it to work ok.

Author: Unknown Wow, thats definately your fault. Maybe a faulty temp probe or something. Even with a single 80mm radiator temps wouldn't be NEAR that hott.
|
Author: Austin I'm assuming (and hoping) you mean 125-130 degrees F, not C. In which case that is a perfectly reasonable temp depending on what kind of CPU you have. You have to go above 75 degrees C (167 F) before the life of the CPU starts to become less.

Author: dx11101 If you are not planning to overclock 1 of these is enough but otherwise you will need a place to put 2 of these. Only because one of these can only handle about 100 watts of heat a piece and when you overclock most people will go way beyond 100 watts. A great compact radiator.

Author: Eman with this rad i get idle temperatures of 26*Celcuis and load of 32*Celcuis on a core 2 duo e6400 slightly over clocked at 2.53 with room temp of 24 i find it awesome highly recommended!

Author: Beazulbub I'm using one of these to cool a Athlon 5200X2 over clocked to 3Ghz, and 4 gigs of OCZ FlexXLC DDR800 clocked at 925MHZ. My CPU temps stay at about 32C normal and 38C load, and have had this radiator for about 3 years now. If you're having issues with heat with this, then you need to look at the way you have your watercooling system setup. I have my radiator on my front case fan, so it gets the coolest air possible. I hope the first guy isn't trying to use his cases hot air to cool his radiator.
