RAMsink dimesions are 4 at: 13(L) x 13(W) x 13(H)mm and 4 at 13(L) x 13(W) x 6(H)mm.
Author: Scott They work well, but dont come with the 4 larger and 4 smaller heatsinks shown, just 8 small heatsinks. They work well on the memory and voltage regulators for the ATI 4850 reference boards
